Get Started with Our Practice
To ensure our clinic is the right fit for you, all patients begin with a brief screening. You can choose one of two ways to get started:
1. Book a 15-minute screening call — we’ll discuss your needs, share information about our clinic, and answer any initial questions.
2. Complete the online screener — answer a few quick questions online so we can review your information. Some responses may require a secondary screening, in which case we will contact you for a few additional questions before moving forward.
📞 Schedule a Screening Call
Schedule a brief screening call with our team at a time that works best for you.
⚡ Complete the Online Screening Form
Skip the phone call and complete a few quick questions online so we can review your information and move you toward scheduling.
Start ScreenerWhich Option Should I Choose?
If you’d like to speak with someone before completing the screener, choose the Contact Form. If you’re ready to get started without a phone call, take the Screener now for a faster response. After reviewing your information, we’ll let you know if our clinic is a good fit for your needs.
What Happens After I Complete My Choice?
If you choose the Contact Form, our team will review your submission and reach out to schedule a brief phone call before moving forward. If you take the online Screener, we’ll review your responses and may be able to move directly to scheduling without a phone call. In either case, we typically contact patients within 1–2 business days to confirm next steps.
OMT Availability and Insurance Coverage Notice
Please be aware that Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) is not a primary psychiatric service, but rather a complementary option to traditional, evidence-based psychiatric treatments. OMT services are not always appropriate for every patient and are offered only at the physician’s discretion based on individual needs and history. OMT is not covered under in-network insurance benefits, as our practice contracts with insurance companies for psychiatric services only.
At this time, OMT is not available. We apologize for any inconvenience and will provide an update once OMT becomes available.
